MIXED BILLING CHANGES
As you may be aware, as of 1ST of September 2024, we will be moving to mixed billing, the fees for all consultations will be as follows:
Monday – Friday

Please check that your bank details are up to date via Medicare to receive rebate payments directly
The following patients will continue to be bulk billed:
- Valid DVA, pension and health care card holders
- Patients 65 or older
- Antenatal visits
- Aboriginal and/or Torres strait islander
- Children under the age of 16 with valid Medicare card
- Applicable health assessment and chronic disease management plan
- Review of any previous consultation
- Appointments for prescription only/ Appointments for referrals only
- Investigative testing follow-up ONLY (e.g. results for blood tests, x-ray, ultrasound etc.)
We will continue charging facility fees for certain services provided
Cancellation fee
We will be implementing a $30 fee for all patients who do not turn up to an appointment, without providing at least 2 hours’ notice. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment.
